AI True Score is a service of Vibethesia LLC, 13395 Voyager Pkwy, Ste 1290, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, USA. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “AI True Score” mean Vibethesia LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
When you run an AI Readiness Glimpse, we collect the website address you enter. To email your findings, we collect your first name and email address. If you contact us or subscribe, we collect what you put in the form. If you buy a report, our payment processor handles the transaction — we never see or store your full card details. We also automatically log limited technical data (such as your IP address and request timing) to keep the free tools secure and prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
To run your AI Readiness Glimpse, send you your findings, deliver a report you purchase, reply to you, and protect the service from abuse. That's it. We don't sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who else touches your data
We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job, and only to provide its service to us:
- Resend — sends your findings, report, and other emails.
- Vercel — hosts the website, processes web requests, and provides cookieless, aggregate visitor and performance analytics.
- Neon — our database, for order and report records.
- Square — processes payments when you buy a report.
- Firecrawl — helps read public pages of the website you submit, as part of the analysis.
- OpenRouter — routes the AI model checks used in the analysis.
- Sentry — error and performance monitoring that helps us catch and fix problems with the service.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site. The only cookie we set is an essential one used for our own internal admin login — it isn't used to track visitors. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and page performance; these don't set cookies, don't track you across other sites, and don't build a profile of you.
What we keep, and for how long
Your Glimpse result is sealed into a one-time encrypted token used to build your email — we don't keep a server-side database of your Glimpse. We keep the email address you give us so we can stay in touch about your check and our service, until you ask us to remove it. If you buy a report, we keep the order and report records as long as needed to provide the product and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years for financial records). Abuse-prevention logs are short-lived.
Your choices and rights
Email us anytime to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information; we honor these requests regardless. Since we don't sell personal information, there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
